Don is the Team Leader and has been selling
homes and property in the Middle Tennessee area
since 1993. He has helped more than 2,000
families buy or sell real estate since that time.
Don is retired from the United States Air Force
after 20 years of service. He is ranked in
the Top 3% of all realtors in the Prudential
Real Estate Companies in the world and has been
since 1998. We
believe in the team approach because it provides
our clients and customers with the best service

Chris grew up in Rutherford County. He relocated
here during his elementary school years then
graduated from Riverdale High School and Middle
Tennessee State University. Chris has been
around and a part of the real estate industry
most of his life. He brings to the table a
wide variety of skills of which listening,
understanding, and patience are just the
beginning. He is a fantastic negotiator
and attention to detail professional you can
count on. Chris will always do what he says
he’ll do and he always does the “right thing.”

Cathy Barrett
Team Manager
Cathy has many duties and she does all of
them well. She is responsible for the
day-to-day operations of our listings,
advertising, mailings, systems, scheduling, web
site and more. Cathy is our concierge,
taking care of our clients and customers from
first impressions to lasting relationships.
She keeps the lines of communication open and
insure our level of quality service exceed all
expectations. |

Shannon Day
Closing Coordinator
Shannon tends to all of the details of your
contract from acceptance to closing so nothing
slips through the cracks. Her goal is to
always achieve a “stress free” closing for our
valued clients and customers. She
maintains constant communication with lenders,
inspectors, appraisers, title companies, closing
attorneys, etc… assuring you a smooth
transaction all the way to closing.
Shannon is very organized and has amazing
attention to detail skills. She will keep you
updated and follow-up every step of the way. |
